How does ordering work? Ordering from Allets Comfort is easy! Choose your favorite canvas print, select the desired size, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and choose your payment method. After confirming your order, we will immediately start production!
Where does Allets Comfort's art come from? Our collection is carefully curated and inspired by the beautiful cities and landscapes of the Netherlands. We select only the most beautiful images that perfectly capture the atmosphere and beauty of our surroundings — so you can enjoy a piece of the Netherlands on your wall every day.
How is a canvas print made? Each canvas print is produced with the utmost care and precision. The image is printed in high resolution on quality canvas and then stretched tightly onto a sturdy wooden frame. The result is a beautiful, durable artwork that is ready to hang immediately — no additional framing or processing needed.
What sizes are available? We offer our canvas prints in various sizes, so there is a suitable size for every space. View the available sizes on the product page of your desired print.
Is the canvas print ready to hang?Yes! Each canvas print comes on a sturdy wooden frame and is ready to hang immediately. You do not need to purchase any additional framing or processing.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what now? First, check your spam or junk folder. Our confirmation emails sometimes automatically end up in the spam folder. If the email is not there, please contact us via our contact form — we will be happy to help you!
What if my package arrives damaged? We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately via our contact form with photos of the damage. We will then arrange a solution as soon as possible, such as a replacement or refund.
Can I order a canvas print as a gift? Absolutely! An Allets Comfort canvas print makes a beautiful and personal gift. You can have the order sent directly to the recipient's address. Simply indicate this when filling in the delivery address during checkout. Please note: we ship the package in our standard packaging. Gift wrapping or packaging as a gift is unfortunately not possible.
How long does delivery take? All our canvas prints are produced to order. Please allow for a production time of 1-3 business days. After shipping, the delivery time is:
- Netherlands: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: may take longer depending on the country
Ordered before 4:00 PM, delivered within 4 business days!
How can I track my order? After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can easily track your order via the carrier's website with this number.
How do I use a discount code? Add your desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your discount code in the designated field there — your discount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Can I return my order? Because all our products are custom-made, returns are only possible for damaged or incorrect products. You have 5 days after receipt for this. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not reimburse original shipping costs. Please use our contact form to request a return.

Can I cancel an order? Because we start production immediately after your order, cancellation is unfortunately not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form if you wish to cancel your order.
